Released on Nov 1, 2019, the open source programming language Motoko is the native language of the Internet Computer — similar to Solidity for Ethereum.
At NFT.NYC from Tuesday, November 2nd - Thursday, November 4th, we have an NFT drop for all in-person attendees! Come find the DFINITY team at the Edison Ballroom and Palladium Times Square venues.
How the drop will work
- 1. We’ll be doing an in-person Motoko NFT drop via QR Code! Come find the DFINITY team by the hand sanitizer stations at the entrance of the Edison Ballroom & Palladium venues at NFT.NYC, where we’ll have the QR codes up on a monitor
- 2. Scan the QR code with your phone
- 3. You will receive a Motoko NFT in an automatically generated burner wallet. However, the burner wallet isn’t secure and shouldn’t be where you store your NFTs permanently. It’s just for the purpose of claiming your Motoko NFT
- 4. Create a Stoic Wallet on mobile, making sure to note your seed phrase down somewhere safe
- 5. Connect your Stoic Wallet to the Entrepot NFT marketplace. You’ll be able to view your NFT there, as well as list & sell your NFT easily!
